Wine Cards Concept

In order to control the activity of the enomatic system with its wine card technology, Enomatic created a family of software:

  • enosoft Card Generator
  • enosoft Basic
  • enosoft Professional
  • enosoft Multistore

Designed for small installations, the enosoft Card Generator doesn’t require you to track information on wine consumption. This software allows you to create wine cards with pre-existing values to be used by customers for the machines and create a special assignment card to register specific wines (label, vintage, bottle size, volumes and prices) to the dispenser.

Designed for small and medium installations where there is only one computer connected, enosoft Basic allows you to control an unlimited number of dispensers and manage the wine cards.

  • create and manage a database according to: type of wine, products, consumption, number of pours, etc.
  • generate linked statistics of the entire database by using a powerful data warehouse in order to monitor the customers’ wine consumption, every single transaction by hour/day/month/year, every operation linked to each client/supplier/producer, the movements and cash transactions and all the service control operations carried out on the dispensers.
  • set special sale as happy hour, set limitations according to the time of day
  • insert and automatically update the wine price, insert a short description of the wine label on the LCD touchscreen display of the dispensers

Designed for medium and big installations, enosoft Professional manages and stores the information about every wine tasting operation. It can be connected to multiple network computers and has a Microsoft database SQL server (2005 Express, 2005, 2008) or MySQL where all the information about wine consumption is stored.

Designed for store chains that desire to sales information between stores, the enosoft Multistore requires a central server called “enocentral” linked to all the shops,which require an enosoft professional, via VPN connection to the internet.

The enocentral server only works with a window 2003 server; the different shop branches need a server with windows 2003/2008 server, Windows 7, XP or Vista. The enocentral needs a database SQL 2005, 2008. The PC client installed in the enocentral or in the shop branches are configured to the professional systems.
